When I was in contact with the company last, they mentioned that a JV could be this winter. I will focus my hope on a better listing, yes the 2bn estimate has been known for a while among us, however nobody knows about this company and management will spread the word at the up coming conferences now that the numbers are confirmed paving the way for a Nyse listing.
