GE you want to see a dollar-for-dollar matcher in communications look no further than CMTL. I have spoken with their guys several times over tha past few years and they are completely open about what they are doing, and what they plan on doing in the future. They say "Big contract coming in this time frame" and it happens. IDCC isn't bad, and it is definitely one of the more exciting stories to watch unfold, but the girl you take home to mom should always be the repectable one (that still performs like the wild one, when no one else is looking).
