Yeah, such as DTC eligibility, new offices, new employees, getting audited, AGM, etc.

again.... Ed NEVER stated the Audit would be AVAILABLE for public consumption on 15th, but that the audit would be complete and ready for filing.... and "nebby" you are very knowledgeable in these areas and the Audit cannot be released until approved by SEC, and the Form 10 needs to be compiled and submitted FIRST before that can Happen !!!!!!!
