Cool. I explained yesterday that EIP only has two ways to end up with 76% of the AS. Either they can buy them back from us at an inflated price or they can buy them directly from ACLP for cheap. That's what we're seeing right now IMO. There's 4.75 bil out per the last filing and I'm sure a good 2 bil of that is in retail and convertibles. So EIP has to end up with around 6 bil shares to get to the magic 76% ownership. Final tally should see about 8 bil OS.
