Jim I think you are missing the point.

just for the sake of it aclp dumps all 10 billion prior to RS and say it is 1 for 500 means you have 20 million after rs. Then they rm into eis with say 100 million AS and 75 million OS means EIS insiders own 55 million of os and aclp shareholders own 20 million os puts them at 70+% of the os.
