Their assets include a state of the art facility in Belvidere, NJ

They don't have any assets in Belvedere - they lease the building as can be seen in the financials.

The Company has an annual lease for a steel building and five acres of greenhouse space in Belvidere, New Jersey. The monthly rent is $13,000 for an annual amount of $156,000.

I am not certain why some people keep posting that TRTC has a $6 million facility in NJ - because it isn't true.

Trtc ran just like grnh did pure media hype on the financial wires. Cbgi was another glorious one. I was in all of them they are all scams in my opinion.
