mts37... Thanks! The shot glass was way off base. I believe I had the right idea but the wrong example... Let me try that again. The weight conversion charts say 1 ounce = .035 grams. Now if we take 1 lb. of butter as an example, which I assume would have similar mass to DNA, cut it into 16 equal pieces, we should in theory have 16, one oz pieces. Now take one of those 1 oz pieces of butter and cut it into 28 equal pieces (takes 28 grams to make an oz.) Now you would have the butter in 1 gram pieces by weight, and I don't think you could cover a piece of bread with one gram. Once again this is the assumption the butter and DNA are in the ballpark, as far as mass. Granted it doesn't sound logical... All I know for sure is that I wish I owned that DNA making prototype machine. They did say somewhere that they were mounting the prototype on a sanitary cart. At that time I was thinking on the lines of a small car hauler. Now I'm thinking quite a bit smaller... Take care!

It's not the size of the pill it's the power. 200 mcg of lsd to most people and you can put a paper grocery sack over their heads. By the time they figure out what the problem is they will have met Jesus and taken the Rootabaga Stories express to the land of the potato bugs with him. And THAT's an old fashioned chemical that floats around in the blood stream, not something that works inside of a cell.
