I contend they did not. Again, we are talking about Class 3

.yet the POR also states classes 3 and 7 will continue to receive distributions as if they had not been satisfied in full

So,if Class 4,5,6 8,and 9, are satisfied in full, they get nothing. Class 3 will continue to receive distributions (All the distributions?) as if they had not been satisfied in full.

Class 3 will not get "suckered".
