POR 6.5a states that classes 3 and 7 will continue to receive distributions as if they had not been satisfied in full. These are the only classes the POR states this about! Simple logic/comprehension tells us the other classes are only receiving their estimated/agreed upon percentages to be satisfied in full. The legalese can be confusing for some but this is not IMPOSSIBLE to understand really, either. Does this mean class 10B will not receive a distribution? Note: The provision for classes 3 and 7 to continue receiving distribution payments is that contributing classes (for which LBHI is listed) to the plan (allocation) begin to receive payments as well.....in proportion to, or to the extent of, its plan contribution. I believe with the next distribution, CTs will be seing green....IMHO.
