Hopefully the rest of our community comes to those same views that you've expressed. Not all that easy when you have so many differing questions that surface daily: like Basin Street earlier today which wasn't a complete surprise for moi. Each one of us feels we are overdue for some PR but I think my reasoning and the perspective I've espoused will hopefully settle in for most here.

IF one carefully considered the logic that I listed on:
Why Low Institutional Interest a serious thinking mind should agree.
Everything I do in life is transaction oriented meaning:
You know what you want either in terms of price or a relationship
Then... you SHOULD in order to make it a transaction understand what are the list of issues the other side seriously what's to see....UNTIL one truly EXPERIENCES like I have through evaluating and understands the other sides vantage point or perspective... that transaction or relationship will never get off the ground or be transacted. One will still be left wondering!

I've dealt with many institutions directly without a salesman (because they had the confidence in my delivery and performance) and met some really savvy $mgrs). Each one of them have their own hangups and their individual peculiarities.In biotechs even more complex!

I've done the same here in unearthing why NWBO's instl ownership is low! The way to make big $ is getting there either ahead of the crowd in envisioning much higher institutional ownership as long a LP's plans unfold. OR that Wall Street mktplace is WRONG in it's assessment.... otherwise market perform ho hum.

Last real life episode to illustrate the above:
I did have yet another career beyond Wall St: Was a developer and had a buyer that cancelled his interest in going to contract at an agreed price: REASON: My own builder says I can't build this 9,000 sq ft house on your lot. I said if you allow me just one evening I will hopefully convince you otherwise. Took my plans with me that evening at his house and demonstrated on the plot plan. A few days goes by and I receive another offer from another party for more $. All of this happened after a slump which I fortunately saw years ahead of time and planned accordingly! So out of courtesy when that 1st buyer came back to me saying: YES you're right and my own builder says now it definitely can be done.. I had to interject that it will cost you $50K MORE and I explained why! So unlike those that did this for a living whether a hi grossing broker or a builder I understood what that high end mkt business developments were and they did it say 24/7. Those hi grossing brokers kept on asking me: Which country club do you belong to: you know so much about what goes on in the mktplace. In fact, here again I went against and debunked yet again the conventional wisdom by doing my own uncanny DD vs belong to this or that country club! During that episodic period I interfaced with many in the trade: was allowed into 9,000 sq ft custom made homes (leather floors in one room; electronic disappearing large TV; electronic toilet flushes!) by some builders:all European craftsman (no English spoken!) on site building this for a Swiss guy that was a foreign currency trader; even met a representative from China on a buying spree. Yet a small vignette of experiences.

Morale of story: if you truly understand what the marketplace is saying and why institutional ownership is LOW and LP DELIVERS!when she deems it's time! you will be rewarded. Also note that LP's slippages from stated timelines a few years AGO! were due to the downturn and financing being difficult especially for NWBO.

NWBO is a unique situation and does NOT follow the normal script IMHO!
