So, if mcig was to keep vcig under mcig, the promising huge sales would create more pressure on it's pps and profits would drop to the bottom line, as well. Both should increase the pps of mcig, i.e. the market cap of mcig. Am I right or am I wrong? ;-)

If you exchange a dollar for 4 quarters, would you consider that a dividend?

And in reality, the MCIG/VCIG situation is actually NOT precisely equitable in the way the above scenario is...but the essence is the same.
