When a dividend is paid on any stock the pps is reduced the value of the dividend on the day it is paid. There is no difference in this dividend payment if that is what truly will happen.

And in reality, the MCIG/VCIG situation is actually NOT precisely equitable in the way the above scenario is...but the essence is the same.

If I own 750k shares of MCIG and I receive 750k shares of VCIG per planned offering, By the time I can liquidate the 750k shares of VCIG(about a month after the delivery), and the share price is $.10, I cash in $75,000. That's real money profit Comrade.
