VITACIG IPO UPDATE: There is no update. SEC's probably won't have anything to do with it because there is no logical reasoning for the spinoff other than to exploit shareholders?

42SEC comments down to 19, down to 9, Next submission likely final and then dividend delivery. The SEC wouldn't appreciate MCIG wasting their time if this spinoff is not legit.

It's gonna happen, Load up when the IPO is announced, the real problem is there won't be much opportunity to get shares at $.01 purchase price.
