those last 9 comments must be biggies for the SEC if they haven't been cleared up in 4 rounds....but the carrot is still on the stick.....wonder what the latest outstanding share count is.
VITACIG IPO UPDATE: There is no update. SEC's probably won't have anything to do with it because there is no logical reasoning for the spinoff other than to exploit shareholders?
