MSJ purchased nothing from the SRGE FRAUD because the SRGE Fraud owned nothing.

Their financials were a complete Fraud and their LIES got them in the crosshairs of the SEC.

The SEC will disgorge the SRGE Fraudsters of their illegal profits from scamming shareholders long before there is some fictional liquifying divvy.

Common sense and intuition should lead a thinking person to conclude that MSJ (Barnett) never had the means or wherewithal tor accomplish anything but squat.

Of course, it should go without saying that SRGE had no assets to buy, never did and never will. The company does NOT exist.
