WRONG in SOOOO many ways.

Firstly, the SRGE Scam never owned any mines. The Historical title for Cinco does not show the SRGE Fraud as ever owning Cinco.

Secondly, the MSJ Scam is broke and NEVER had any funds.

That is why they did a JV deal with BGL for Cinco.

Scammer Barnett just linked up with scammer Smid and they concocted the SRGE Scam ... which perpetrated a securities fraud on investors but never owned a single mine.

Thirdly, the SRGE Scammers fled when the SEC started asking questions.

Fourthly,the SRGE Fraud is REVOKED by the Nevada Secretary of State and no longer is a legal entity.

Therefore it can not legally undertake any transactions.
