awk, the $30 is for the software, which Seagate compares to the $100 solution. Are you saying the hard drive itself costs $110 as opposed to $80? Or that the harddrive+WaveETS costs $110?

OTHERS: Regular hard drive similar to 5400-$80 Utimaco software-$100
SUMMARY: Seagate + Wave = more secure solution = $105 Regular HD + Utimaco = less security = $180
