Engine mount position, skid plate size/location, front fork mount, seat position and angle, rear axle mount location. Dimensions on all of the above.
The frame could look different but these same specifications and dimensions could be achieved based on APT's design and ultimately APPEAR to the layman as identical bikes.
Now if Monster went and copied all of the specifications for what is basically the TEMPLATE of the bike, do you think it is fair that APT went through the funding and trouble of the design?
Ie: Monster is Samsung taking Apple's (APT's) basic design
Be careful not to jump all over a negative tidbit without looking at the issue from all angles.
