#89429 RE: tickers #89414

The one thing I find most compelling and suspicious about all this is right out in the open and in everyone's face... the NAME, the trademark. "Monster Moto"... "Moto Vox" It's the "Moto" part of it that they are stealing use of from APT. My goodness! Why didn't they just outright call their company "Moto Monster"? Jeez! It's the same thing! They thought they could be sneaky and put the word Moto after Monster instead of having Moto be the first word that comes out of your mouth, and that people wouldn't notice the similarity as much and they could get away with it. NOT! It's such a blatant and obvious trademark infringement that Monster Moto is trying to capitalize off of the MotoVox brand and brand name.
When I first started looking at APT MotoVox as an investment, I went to their website to research and was looking at all their bike products and such... It was shortly after that I started occasionally receiving those MotoVox pop-up adds when browsing the internet. Then one day suddenly I got a pop-up add for "Monster Moto"... you know how the ad agencies will find similar ads based off your cookies and keywords of things you're searching for... And I thought to myself who the heck are these guys??? Something is not right here! They have a name very similar to "Moto"Vox, and the bikes being featured in the adds look just like the MotoVox brand. So I went to the Monster Moto website and you would almost think you were visiting the MotoVox site... Ridiculous! And I was thinking all of this before I was even aware that there was a pending lawsuit filed in June... MotoVox vs Monster Moto.
Monster Moto is going to be finding themselves out of business very soon... with a big fat bill to pay to MotoVox and MotoVox attorneys! End of story! :-)

Blessings BE,

Apparently they disagree and are prepared to fight.

I do note that Monster Moto didn't address the charges against the 5 former APT execs other than to say that they had signed disclosures with their company as well.

Monster Moto caught with their PANTS DOWN!

Breech of contract - self admitted in their own case

Patent & trademark infingement.

Slam dunk=indefensible.
