I understand reseller/OEM relationships but this relationship seems incestuous in that Wialan insiders are the resellers/distributors. As I said, WLAN could supply equipment to WiFidelity at cost, and WiFidelity could reap all the profit at the expense of WLAN's retail shareholders. There is no way to know if this distribution agreement is above board and fair to WLAN shareholders. You say people have seen "the documents" but these documents aren't posted on Wialan's website or online. If you're asserting otherwise, where are the documents you referenced? Where is your proof?
