You made the implication about how "strange" and "fishy" it was that Wifidelity was registered to a residential address, clearly with the intention of casting doubt on Wifidelity's legitimacy and wlan's transparency. And if you can't see the benefit of wlan insiders starting an independent company to handle sales and installation in certain defined market segments instead of taking on the overhead of hiring in-house sales and installation personel, then there's very little reason anyone should take your "concerns" seriously at all. The tax benefits to wlan alone of setting up this type of structure are too long to list.
