So.... a company which, at the time, had not filed GAAP financials with the SEC FOR 7 YEARS and which its major partner was another company that had already been suspended by the SEC twice with its officers/consultants charged with fraud by the SEC, was not a likely candidate for suspension by the SEC?

Could not have predict iced the suspension with certainty. But it was easy to speculate that a pinky that had not filed financials for 7 years, couldn't last long without being kicked to the Greys. It didn't take "special knowledge". It took a open mind.
