A glance at the Time & Sales Log and the real-time Level 2 shows most of today's NBRI volume has been selling on the bid, with huge offers still on the Ask, and a Bid that is about to collapse.

The paltry "increase" in price still leaves NBRI down on the day. ( and probably headed lower still into the close )
