I believe that off take agreement won't happen until BF report is done, to ensure (financing) will occur. Also potential off take folks, that have already looked at the quality of the flake, could even put some $$ into the project as well.
Interesting to see the same entities buying and selling within hours of each other. But yes, it seems like GMP is soaking up shares. I'll take that as positive.
