Most of these notes are done or about to be finish. Management increasing the a/s is for a reason????? Ether they want more acquisitions or merge into grant corp. The history show they do very little of dilute. They still have lot of shares available if they want to go that route. Something very big is in the work....jmho

Yep, you got it right. I will not buy any new shares and may sell the ones I have once I get back to .0038 is we ever do and break even. Stupid companies and stupid CEO's. He will be issuing more convertibles as this PR today sent a very clear message. I'm not listening to the ones who hype this over and over, call the CEO, tell us things are better than ever and seem to think things are just great. This huge price drop happened for a reason. In 20+ years of trading pennies, I have never seen so many penny stocks due so much diluting.

No matter what angle you look at this isn't the pig. They have been in business for a while now. No history of r/s and the amount o/s is in line. Matter of fact super low as well. Something HUGE is in the work we don't know why.
