That's fine, but from MY angle and in MY opinion, looking at the s/p action since just 2 months ago, the fact that they have no revenues and less than a grand in cash (even after being in business "for a while now" as you stated), the raising of the A/S which WILL happen regardless of the "still have to vote so it isn't set in stone" scenario (just read the 10K on that), and the fact that Island, yes THAT Island is their transfer agent, it is a pig.
Also, that .99 analyst target price by an unknown is just silly, and management backgrounds leave a lot to be desired as far as experience in the industry, and the fact that out of ALL the CPA's and attorneys in the U.S. these guys could have gone with, they decided to use Randall Drake and Diane Harrison??? Meanwhile Marty pulling in 25K a month and Jerry 10K a month in salary plus stock options? How is THAT being paid for?
Now, all that said, IF what they have PR'd is true, and IF they can actually sell something, and IF they don't dilute this stock so the s/p can rise accordingly with good news, then this has a chance to go north and stay there.
But those are BIG ifs, and my guess, right now, and I could be wrong, the O/S and float are different than the last time anyone checked with the T/A, and will continue to rise. Shares have been selling for months now, and buyers are few and far between, hence the massive s/p drop.
Signed, verifiable multi million dollar contracts are needed to get this stock moving. Fluff news and we will see more selling into it. And this industry isn't even proven viable yet. That's a tough road to weave through.
