It's a shame the SEC wasn't informed about the crook blahgio. I will enjoy watching what he has done to this company and its shareholders, even if I do lose my $300. This clown and anyone supporting him should go to jail first.

Common stock shareholders are the most disenfranchised group of people connected to BRGO. After Mr. Abajian, the toxic debt converters, the wholesalers & partners like Estet.

IT would be a joke to take a case into court accusing common stock shareholders, whose savings have been robbed, of manipulating the stock price (the way the SEC legally defines manipulation). It would be a joke. Common stock shareholders are the most manipulated group. And everyone knows it.

Ooh, Ooh.. I'm sure the author of that post is shakin in his boots.. My sources say Berge is in a panic right now due to the verification/documentation of accusations made against him, it's about ready to hit the fan, imo..

Here's confirmation of the info posted the other day. Copies of 1. Delaware SOS when the Authorized Shares were officially increased by 2 BILLION shares (2/26/14) 2. SEC filing when it was made public of the Authorized Share Increase (3/3/2014) 3. Enticing PR/news release (2/28/14) which caused record volume buying and selling.

There's no spinning this other than intentional deception to aid individuals or entities in selling 100's of millions of shares, in our opinion.

You don't think Berge has tried to manipulate the stock price with all of his past hyped futuristic PRs. Are investors suppose to put their heads in the sand and pretend they haven't been screwed - get real!!!!
