Here's confirmation of the info posted the other day. Copies of 1. Delaware SOS when the Authorized Shares were officially increased by 2 BILLION shares (2/26/14) 2. SEC filing when it was made public of the Authorized Share Increase (3/3/2014) 3. Enticing PR/news release (2/28/14) which caused record volume buying and selling.
There's no spinning this other than intentional deception to aid individuals or entities in selling 100's of millions of shares, in our opinion.
