$MINE Did you stop to consider that a Clawback for at least 500M to RESERVE commons to cover the Preferred shares.
Then as each Celebrity Endorsement is added each will RECEIVE Rule 144 RESTRICTED SHARES which raises the Outstanding but can't be traded for at least 6 months and sometimes 12 months.
