The New CEO just informed everyone....he even stated that based on the then current share price 1.1 billion would have to be issued...now that we are trading in the low .009s have you calculated how many will have to be issued?...a lot more than 1.1 billion and it will get even worse as the PPS sinks into the .008 range as I predict.

Companies do not raise the AS without every intention to issue the shares....and most of the time already have been in negotiations to issue them prior to the raise approval....welcome to public companies
