eicoman the instructions for vitaros certainly look like the intent is . .To get the cream into the urethra , I wonder if we are playing with the instructions to avoid saying the applicator should be inserted into the tip of the urethra and then inject the cream. Or is the intent to get some of the cream on the surface of the penis and let some flow into the urethra.
If the company thought that saying injecting all the cream directly in to the opening was unpleasant.. . .

correction , 2 PH2 studies were done, the first on on mild to moderate patients the second on severe ED patients, and note:

"relative to many recently reported investigations of ED therapy 13,15,17 both studies contained greater percentages of patients with cardiovascular disease and diabetes."

the point I'm trying to make is it's important to look at the type of patients and how Vitaros works for different types of patients.
