eicoman the instructions for vitaros certainly look like the intent is . .To get the cream into the urethra , I wonder if we are playing with the instructions to avoid saying the applicator should be inserted into the tip of the urethra and then inject the cream. Or is the intent to get some of the cream on the surface of the penis and let some flow into the urethra. If the company thought that saying injecting all the cream directly in to the opening was unpleasant.. . .
