Broadspot World Wide Wireless to Acquire Internet Properties Group
EUREKA, CA--(Marketwire - May 1, 2009) - Broadspot World Wide Wireless, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BWWD) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Internet Properties Group, Inc. ("IPG"), an Internet software development company located in Beverly Hills, CA.
