If Dov has 'truly' seceded...and does NOT have 'anything up his sleeves' - then I guess it could be over. But I doubt he's really 'okay' simply being 'a paid consultant with no access' in his own company. JMHO. But a final determination won't come until AFTER a committee (made up of a few Directors & a 3rd Party consulting co.) do some 'fact-finding'... ~ He may possibly be reinstated as CEO...or nothing at all. Once THAT is completed, he can still file a lawsuit - if he so chooses. Make no mistake about that.
