Remember they did not reduce the AS yet they retired 1.5 billion from the OS that is why the OS is just over 2.6 billion. Now you forgot the restricted shares. Here are the numbers below. That is why the float is 650 million shares. That is tiny for a MJ play. Many ran to .10 plus with 1 to 2 billion plus shares.

OS: 2,663,576,746
Restricted Shares: 2,013,380,000
Non Restricted: (float) 650,196,746
That is a tiny float for a MJ play.

they normally tell you the Restricted share count so all you do to get the Float is subtract that with the O/S to get SLNX float
