I understand how it works and when you retire shares the O/S goes down. Dave's shares sre part of the restricted and they also are part of the O/S and it has not changed since the announcements of retiring shares. but OTC shows 948,576,746 for an O/S,(which is what the company is claiming) but the TA shows the actual numbers 2.6+ billion.

So it may be coming but has not been done yet. And it has been 2 months.

Some times they will, but O/S and A/S is all he would give.

Don't get me wrong, I like the float, but after 2 months they have had more than enough time to retire the shares.

I own several million shares and I expect companies to do what they say.

If they are going to use them for the merger they still have to be transfer over. This would be a blessing because the O/S would remain the same.
