How do we find out the parameters on those current 2 bil restricted shares? What is the schedule for them to become unrestricted?

Also, if/when the merger is completed with Shamrock are they going to authorize new shares that are restricted and bring the OS numbers up?

Just spoke to the TA, your numbers are correct.

He also said they are 100% up to date.

He said, if they would have receive a change, it is done the same day.

So, the retire shares have never been returned.

Maybe some one can address this on the call tomorrow.

I'm working so I'll have to listen to it tomorrow nite.
