Reading through the (State) Court documents via the web-link below, IMO Coda has a almost slam-dunk of winning the Lawsuit. The Plaintiffs appear to have given-up a further opportunity to argue. Anyone agree or see something different? Thinking of buying more shares while others are apparently trading to make pennies?
