Reading through the documents yesterday (July 8) was a very important day. The Plaintiffs and Defendants were required to file their responsive pleadings and/or motions to dismiss by July 8,2014.

The Plaintiff did not file per above but the Defendant filed and, in doing so, covered all the bases i.e. Dismissal & Commercial Intervention, if necessary.

Maybe this explains the increase in share volume yesterday & today(?).

FYI - EARL AUSTIN is one of the Attorneys for Defendants Coda Octopus Group, Inc. and Geoff Turner. They are trying to get the Case transferred to a Commercial Division.
