This has no reason to bounce. Even if the town amends stuff, THEY STILL DON"T HAVE A LICENSE!!!!!!

Nothing that the town does actually matters at all at this point until a license is granted by HC. They have over 850 applications and have granted only 13, or about 1.5% at this point.

No amount of PR Billy does will amount to anything because they DON"T HAVE A LICENSE!!!!!!

I get it that people are making money on the bounces, and that's great. Make 5-10%. Good luck to you all. I would take that any day of the week, but this thing is not destined for anything exceptional right now because THEY DON"T HAVE A LICENSE!!!!

Look at the odds of them getting one. Remember when Billy claimed that HC actually told him to hurry up and get the buildings ready? Well, what happened to that? If that was true, you would expect a license to have been granted by now, but THEY DON"T HAVE A LICENSE!!!!
