Do they have a license? No. Will they? Looks like it to me. I have time and patience as I bought in nice and low.

The charts will make it bounce, that's just math though, I could trust other people's opinions but, I prefer math.

Irony is even if they get a license the stock would probably fall. Any remaining shares would hit the market to catch the wave and there is really not enough liquid capital to keep the stock up. What does a license mean really? Not much since they still don't have access to water, there isn't enough electricity there, they don't have plants or seeds, nor any staff or horticulturist, and they still have 3.4+ billion shares and a lot of competition. Plus, HC is still involved in a lawsuit and... a lot of other things that will keep big money out.
