Loophole: If matters are so unclear now with respect to voting one way or the other on proxy #2 (does it ONLY dilute share value OR also provide a useful line of credit to ENHANCE prospects for growing the "value pie"), how can anyone be certain that they are voting correctly on the issue? In my opinion, this debate is among the blind trying to see the view over the mountain. It is just another bit of "risk taking" in the investment casino, with no certainty at all of making the right decision about it. Hence, like the blind men groping an elephant, each of us latches onto whatever "piece of the beast" we're holding to make our judgment call.
