Im im no position to give advise ...long story ...but following my own advise lead me to invest in newl and loose all my money.

Back to the shorting ...

You could in theory make more than 100% shorting by covering your short and then shorting again ...

Ex ; you short a stock at 10$ ...then the stock goes down to 9$

You cover at 9$ so now you have your original 10$ plus the 1$ profit you made from shorting .

So then you can short for 11$ worth at the 9$ level increasing your % of profit as it goes down.

One word of advise ....if you buy a stock ...you run the risk of loosing your money.

But when you short a stock ....the loss is limitless.

So if you short a stock at 5$ and the price jumps to 15$ .....you just loss 200% ....there is no limit in theory to what you can loose.
