Let's say TelVue is in a highly competitive business. Let's say they don't wish people to know of the direction of the company. Let's say they didn't want people to know how much they made and how they made it.
You do realize they are a PUBLIC company, er, right? They don't get the option to not show pertinent financial information and a discussion of operations and plans if they are a PUBLIC company....If they desire to not provide that information in the PUBLIC domain they should be private without publicly traded stock.
