Apparently what they are doing is legal. If it were not then they would not be doing it. They may very well be the first to do it.

Those that own shares know what is happening. Those that don't can continue to be in the dark. What gives you the right to know about a company you have no interest whatsoever in? Buy shares then you can know. I keep hearing "this is the only company that..." -- well guess what? I don't care. I own shares, I know what is happening and I could care less if you know or what you think about that. Go TEVE.
