SAM: SEWC owes Nevada over $6,000 in fees going back several years. Shell went dark with a form 15 two years ago. There's been a bit of trading in recent months. And now this out-of-the-blue request from someone in Colorado for a receivership. There's been no previous Colorado connection.
What's this sound like to you?
BTW, the shell is probably filthy... one of those old Moore and Company Chartered bogus accounting jobs from 3-4 years ago.
