You keep saying that the deal wasnt on the up and up, why?
Market cap is the value of the company on the basis of the share price times the total number of shares out. Our market cap yesterday ranged from around $700k to $1.1 mil if the total outstanding shares was 70 mil ( I think we are likely much higher right now).
Now if the total value of the company is a mil, and IBCL received $500k for joint access, that alone could be seen as equitable in a court's opinion. In addition to that, we get partial ownership in Nova and a distribution agreement.
Sounds pretty good to me.
