The market cap was 33 million when the deal was being made and had much greater potential acording to Tim and Co.
Then everything went quiet and we see a raping of share price at none other than Tims hand.

They will burn that 500K in three months, if they ever get it. watch.

Shareholders of IBCL wont benefit a bit.

All we did was lose customers and revenue to Nova and give away the patent that was supposed to drive IBCL in the same market Nova took.

IBCL will get 5% that will be ate up by lavish dinners and new offices and past debt.
