Yah, just like she said no dilution. Then she posted on OTC Markets in an amended filing she issued 1.10 billion shares of which 883 million were at $0.00001 while the stock was significantly higher.

Then she said she was buying a pot company, alluded to $6.8 million in revenue, then bought a van and trimmers as well as assumed a lease.

She has been known to say one thing and do another.
