Saying one thing and doing another is a common theme in penny land...Or should we say sub-penny land here. These plays are sub-penny for a reason. Most have just to many shares or no revenues to really go any where.

QASP is now only .001.....what is that a tenth of a penny. But, they do have a standing Hydroponic Store. From what we can tell it is open 6 days a week and is a real business.

Donnell claims another one will be opening soon. We shall see.

We know this one has contracts with numerous dispensaries.

Seems to me, if your going to roll the dice is a deep sub penny play, doing so with one that has a 6 day a week hydroponic store, might be a good choice.

We know the 52 week high here is only .0038. We know two years ago this was at .0022. Seems to me we have a ticker at the minimum here, that is good for a nice flip. Even if you buy at .0009 or .001 and sell at .002 if no good news comes this way. Your still doubling your return. Price action shows a history of being high enough to flip here.

Last RS was 02/01/2012, since the share structure is not any bigger then many MJ plays over a penny, and the CEO stated, a RS does not make sense. We are probably safe for now.

well that is part of being flexible in bizz
they are reaching for the stars that have regulations and resistance on planet earth
there will be more shifts and turns as they proceed
it is like government people can't handle much outside the candy store.
there are some stuffs here that don't look good
but there are some stuffs here that do.
